Egypt's Regime Rejects Ayman Nour's Appeal
CAIRO (AFP) - Egypt's cassation court has rejected an appeal by jailed opposition Ghad party leader Ayman Nur and confirmed his five-year prison sentence.The court president announced the decision after a hearing attended by foreign observers and journalists but from which the 41-year-old lawyer himself was absent.
Nur was sentenced to five years last December on charges of forging affidavits for the creation of his party in 2004. More

at the same time Tamer hosny the singer was not jailed for his crime,
I think Nur has change his career to be singer!
by the way, they trying to send Jamila Ismael, Nur's wife to jail as well, she is such a brave lady.
