Egypt, You Will Always Remain Beautiful in My Eyes

A break from rigged elections, corruption, dictatorship, oppression, continued violations of human rights.

I took those beautiful pictures at the magnificent city Aswan in Upper Egypt. And you know what makes Aswan even a prettier city than any place in Egypt is the Aswani and Nubian people there. Aswan is known to be the most beautiful spot for the Nile River as you can see in the pics.

It hurts to be the daughter of such a beautiful rich country and have all its chances ruined because of dictatorship.

I am afraid you are even bit optimistic.
As if dictatorship is not enough , so they will add to it the fanatic face of Moslem Brotherhood>
I am afraid next time you visit Aswan , you may find it covered up by a black tent.
Isn’t it the charming face of Egypt

Masry,
If I am not optimistic and full of hope for a better future, I would not be writing here. I would have found a confinemet to spend the rest of my life.

Change is life's merit.

Aswan looks like a beautiful, calm place,... far from the violent pictures coming from the latest elections.

Gateway,

There are so many nice places in Egypt. Egypt is a very beautiful country if we disinclude the miserable political situation Egypt has been witnessing since 1952.

I will post more pictures from Aswan.
