It doesn't, FFE... I watched it from Stefania's link on her blog. It's about a 30 second clip from before he was killed.

I have listened to the tape and they did not say a complete sentence, but apparently they had an Italian interpreter so was tranlating what he was saying. The only thing said in Arabic was "To show them.." Then the tape was cut! I am so sorry for the loss of this brave man. It is heartbreaking.
