First runner-up was Amruta Patki of India who was proclaimed Miss Air while third runner-up was Marianne Puglia of Venezuela who was declared Miss Fire. They received the Best in Evening Gown and Best in Swimsuit awards, respectively.

Rounding up the Top 8 were Czech Petra Soukupova and Miss Universe veterans Francys Sudnicka of Poland, Stefanie de Roux of Panama and Meriam George of Egypt.
